I am a Marine Corps veteran and a current law enforcement officer. There aren’t many people I trust with such a large purchase and one especially dealing with a huge commitment for my family and I. I’ve worked with several people in the last approximate 6 years of home ownership. There aren’t many people that go out of their way to live by the customer service creed and if they do, their service ends when they get their end of the deal completed. This was NOT the case with Julie Harris as she would constantly go above and beyond for my family and I on a regular basis. Julie was available for me nearly 24/7 especially with my wild work schedule. Even when we weren’t working on the sale or purchase of a home she would be there to answer my questions regarding anything home/finance related. I’ve unfortunately never met Julie in person but we have created a strong relationship with one another, one I would consider family. Julie is more than an employee at a company. She truly cares for her customers and would treat them all like family. I’ve recommended her to several of my friends, coworkers and especially family members. I don’t think I’d ever see myself working with any other lender besides Julie no matter where she’s at in the world. She’s unfortunately stuck with me for the rest of her life because I’ll be bugging her for all my future questions to come. Julie deserves to be the standard most all other employees live to strive for. Thank you for all your help Julie, you’re amazing. I’ll be bugging you soon!
